I printed these in PETG, with the bracket flat on the plate, 100% infill, and they held up well to the weight of the surround speakers hanging on the wall.
Simplified design vs. the original ones from Paradigm, but it seems like the originals (dark grey in the comparison photos) are made to be reversible for different sized speaker mount points, but mine (printed white in the photos) were optimized for the ADP-590 speakers. Original OpenSCAD project files included, if you want to modify for your use!
