I tried both the original and the remix (linked), but I wanted to keep the back cover closed, while being able to charge the PineTime too. This is the result.

Supports are required and could use some improvement. I tried organic supports but the snug supports gave me the best results so far. The supports are easy to remove. I recommend pushing them inward, starting on the openings at the corners with tweezers or a small screwdriver.

The file here uses variable layer height, but it kind of works on just 0.2mm as well. The bridge might snap off more easily though.

For insertion, take the back lid off the PineTime, slide the pinetime into the area between the button cutout and the bridges. Then add the back lid on top, taking care not to bend the pins of the vibration unit. If you're afraid the bridge might snap you can use a small screwdriver to lift up the bridge from where the straps will sit. Otherwise you can gently squeeze the corners of the case to create some more space.

Adding and removing the straps is slightly more finicky. Tweezers or a plastic tool might help, but fingernails suffice (even when they are trimmed short).

Note that the tips of the bridges might bend a little if you remove the PineTime, and one of the bridges will likely snap after a while of doing this.

I used PETG. PLA might work, but I suspect one of the bridges will break easily. Maybe printing the overhangs at a lower temperature, while keeping the connecting layers at a higher prnting temperature might improve how it looks. If the edges end up too sharp it could damage your straps, so be sure to post process this.
