We needed some replacement feet for our outdoor Sactionals, and after finding a replacement “shoe” (https://www.printables.com/model/48745-lovesac-sactional-shoe), I decided to go all the way and design this replacement foot, too :)

This is sized to fit M8x30 flanged bolts (I used https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SQPP64T which are stainless, but I'm sure any DIN 6921 bolt will probably work). Total cost per foot at the time of printing was about US$1.15 (most of it is the bolt :)) vs. $5/foot plus tax+s&h for wood ones with bolts that rust. I used some CA gel glue to assemble (add some inside the foot, and around the bottom of the retaining washer, slide it all together and press the retaining washer down with e.g. a flat head screwdriver). I'm guessing that a polyurethane glue would work well, too.

Printed feet here were printed on a Bambu x1c with black PETG (hopefully for some UV resistance, though they'll be hidden from sunlight mostly) with .2mm layer height with .4mm nozzle, 15% gyroid infill, concentric top surfaces, and 5 shells/walls (which will bear most of the weight).

Highly recommend printing the step file rather than the stl; you're more likely to have success with the tolerances if your printer can handle arcs in the gcode rather than the stl facets.

We haven't used them extensively yet: I'll try to update this later after we've used them for a while.
