The blade is a bit difficult to print with good quality, I printed mine with the dull side of the blade on the print bed and some additional supports, but that might not be the best way to print it.
The holes are 4mm in diameter to fit a M4 screw, it is recommended to drill out the holes for a smoother flipping experience though.
