These were really expensive crimpers but over the years the polymer handle material just was not made to last. The smaller metal bar was rough on the hands when developing crimping pressure so I made this and glued it on with some regular Gorilla Glue. Takes a while to cure, but that stuff hold PLA like crazy. I used 3 walls, 20% fill, and high strength PLA with no supports. Feels great in the hand now!
