They work fine if you recut the threads with a tap drill. Otherwise upscale the X- and Y- dimensions in your slicer, 105% - 110% should be a good starting point.
Made with blender, only actually tested M3..M6 (Seriously, who the hell uses an M24 wing nut for which use? I've never seen a bigger one than maybe M8 in real life).
