After I installed the SUNLU dryer on the top FLSUN V400, I was faced with the problem that the filament does not always pass well through the sensor, it sometimes jumps to the side and does not want to pass through the sensor.
With the standard location of the spool and a short bowden on top, it is possible to twist the filament string and it eventually passes through the sensor, so, there is a problem, but not so critical.
But after dryer installation, when the bowden became long, you no longer can twist the filament thread and it became problematic to pass the filament through the sensor.
If anyone else had a similar issue, then it's easy to fix.
The sensor housing is collapsible.
It should be dismantled from its place and divided into 2 halves. Then insert this insert-guide inside of the sensor shell, near the sensor (prepare the sit place for this insertion in the sensor body, so that this insertion could fit to body closely, NO NEED GLUE OR FASTENING) and assemble the sensor in the reverse order.
Now the filament is prevented from "running away" to the side and it will not rest against the body at the exit from the sensor.
Finally, everything works well, the filament always easily passes through the sensor.
