A small item I designed myself to secure and isolate properly my inkbird sensor when I am regulating the temperature inside my fermentation chamber fridge.
You need to have a strap to surround the fermenter. I made the curvature fit most of the fermenter buckets I have so it should fit your.
Also, you need to have a small bit of soft plastic, insulation, anything that can be cut to size and be used to nest the sensor in.
For the strap attachment I found a buckle design on printables there are plenty to choose from.
I printed with support for the curvature part where the strap goes. it might work without not sure.
