This is an adapter that allows you to mount a Unifi U6-Lite access point to the round junction boxes used in residential ceilings. The hardware that comes with it unfortunately does not work for this kind of mount.
It's modeled for a 4 in. round junction box with 3.5 in. hole spacing. The Fusion 360 file is attached and fully parameterized so modification should be easy if needed.
Use a #6 x ½ in. wood screw to secure the mount plate to the adapter.
