Yet another Dampener. The others seem to slide off center too much for me. So I made this one to keep that from happening. I made two versions because I didn't have enough T-nut's of one size or the other to get the job done. M3 and M4 holes sizes.

11-22-16 Add a 1 bolt version.
3-12-17 Added a M5 version.
