I printed these on a resin printer with a Tuff Resin, They could be printed on an FDM printer with a 0.2 nozzle.
I printed these straight on the build plate as can be seen by the photo.
The hinge wire is 1mm diameter.
One side of the hinge you can open with a 1.1mm for a looser fit.
