Tissue Dispenser for Toilet paper
Before putting the toilet paper roll into the dispenser, remove the cardboard roll in the middle first and push the paper from the middle of the role through the hole in the dispenser.
There are two versions: one with a central pole and the other without. The pole helps prevent the paper from falling inside the dispenser.
