These are oarlocks that can be 3D printed. The diameter of the oar is 45 mm. The oarlocks need some additional hardware. You will need a pin that fits its counterpart on the boat, like a 12 mm steel tube with a 6 mm hole near the top and two M6 bolts with locking nuts. The two smaller bolts near the pin are only there for stability reasons to keep the print layers from separating and may be omitted.
The upper bolt claps the oarlock onto the oar, the lower bolt acts as a hinge for the pin.
Print instructions
I used PETG, but PLA should work too.
