Custom Mini ANL fuse distribution system.

The fuse terminal is designed with a fuse/terminal plate and an isolation plate.

If you will be mounting the fuse/terminal plate to wood or other non-conductive surfaces you can choose if you want to print the base plate, or not.

If mounting the fuse/terminal plate to a conductive surface you will need to print the base plate to isolate the fuse/terminal plate from the conductive surface.

The fuse/terminal plate is designed to use use either .125in or .250in x 1.5in flat stock.

Materials for assembly based on terminal count

#10 x .3125in (thread choice is yours) panhead stainless steel screws

1/4in x 1in (thread choice is yours) countersunk stainless steel screws

1/4in nuts (same thread pitch as the above 1/4in screws) stainless steel

1/4in flat washers stainless steel

1/4in  lock washers stainless steel (use at own discretion)

.125in or .250in aluminum plate 1.5in wide length determined by terminal count

.125in or .250in aluminum plate 1.5in x .95in

Upper bussbar dimesions

The upper bussbar can be made from either a 1/8in or 1/4in thick x 1.5 inch wide flat aluminum stock. The total length of the upper buss bar is the number of terminals in inches.
For example a 4out terminal would be 4 inches long, a 6out terminal would be 6 inches long.

Assembly instructions

Place the aluminum plates into the terminal plate and mark all holes to be drilled and tapped.

Drill and tap the large holes for a 1/4in bolt (thread pitch is your choice)

Drill and tap small holes for a #10 bolt (thread pitch is your choice)

After drilling and tapping all holes, place the aluminum stock in the appropriate pocket on the front of the fuse plate. Pass a 1/4in countsunk bolt through the back of the printed fuse plate and thread into aluminum stock, you may want to add a drop of blue loc-tite when installing bolts. Tighten bolt down until head of bolt is flush with countersunk hole in back of fuse plate.

Install a flat washers on exposed threaded end of bolt

Install 1/4in nut above flat washer.

Thread #10 bolts into aluminum plates. (Mini ANL fuses can be inserted between aluminum plate and #10 bolt)

Power terminals are to be installed between aluminum plate and the flat washers on the 1/4in bolts.
