Fingerboard Rack (ball-bearing)

Summary

I created this for my nephew who collets fingerboards. With Bambu Lab Studio (maybe in other multicolor slicers too?) you will be able to paint the logos, but it's not required.

The Base-1 and Base 2 are simply "clipped" together.
The Base-2 and SupportHolder can be combined with glue or 5 x M3 (7mm) and washers.
In Base-1, insert 41 Bearing Balls (1/4 inch, stainless Steel bearing Balls)

For the print, I changed these parameters:

• 10% infill for the SupportHolder (don't need strong thing)
• 4 wall bottoms (especially if you paint the logos).

Before printing 50 support for this project, be sure to try with one and adjust the size in your slicer if it's too stiff or too loose.

J'ai créé ce support à fingerboards avec roulement à billes pour mon neveu qui collection ceux-ci. Avec le slicer Bambu Lab Studio (et peut-être avec d'autres slicers multicouleurs) vous pouvez "peinturer" les logos, mais ce n'est pas requis.

Les pièces Base-1 et Base 2 sont simplement "clippé" ensemble.
Les pièces Base-2 et SupportHolder peuvent être collés ensemble ou vissés avec des vis M3 (7mm) et des rondelles.

Pour l'impression j'ai changé les paramètres suivants:

• 10% infill pour la grosse pièce SupportHolder (vous n'avez pas besoin qu'il soit résistant et il sera plus léger)
• 4 wall bottoms (particulièrement si vous imprimez les logos avec une autre couleur).

Avant d'imprimer les 50 petits supports, essayez d'en insérer un. Puis ajustez au besoin les autres avec votre slicer, si la pièce est trop juste ou trop lousse.
