One of the fundamental ways in which the recently discovered “einstein” tiles can be shown to tile aperiodically is by combining them into blocks, one of which is an H-block. Printing these makes tiling a bit easier.
This model allows for a color change so that the central, inverted tile colored differently from the other three.
