I printed the rail riser by Toukejin, but it was loose on my storm's picatinny rails, so I redesigned just the 2 clamp files, and now it is holding well, hopefully it fixes the problem for you too.
It's not much different, just the clamps have been shifted by 1mm for a tighter clamping force. Still compatible with the original files.
