here we have a tool that you can print quickly and easily
it enables you to strip cables quickly and precisely
print the version you like best insert an 18mm cutter blade and put the two parts together that's it
4 cut-outs in different sizes so it should be possible to strip almost all common sizes of cables
the blade has a small overhang of approx. 1mm so that the insulation can be optimally separated and the tool can be kept in the pocket without the risk of cutting your fingers
I made 3 versions
heat insert
print Part A and Part B Heatinsert hard to believe but you need heatinserts for that I took these and screwed suitable m3 screws (I used m3x6)
hexnut
print Part A and Part B Hexnut you need a m3 hexnut and m3 screw (I used m3x10)
full printed
Print Part A Fullprinted,Part B Fullprinted and Nut Fullprinted (twice) you don't need any screws or nuts here
