To get the organic supports reach high enough on the cup, you need to paint enforcers on the model. I wasn't able to do this with overhang threshold.
The cup has a little ring structure under it to prevent supports filling up the whole underside of the cup, this support blocker is meant to be discarded after printing.
Also I think it's important to reduce the diameter for double walls
To get the support structure to separate from the actual cup, increase the top contact distance and XY separation.
