To ensure guitar rigidity neck and body should be reinforced with steel wire.
Roughen up pieces of 2mm wire and glue them in wire holes with strongest adhesive you have (i used “Kafuter”)
Neck:
For more rigid neck use models from "THICK" folder
Before printing neck make sure it will print correctly, with attached test piece
Neck parts printed verticaly with wall thickness 3.2 mm and with layer hight of 0.15mm (Might as well just go full infill)
!!! NO SUPPORT INSIDE WIRE HOLES !!!
Custom supports on inlay holes. I didnt use supports in fret cuts but to do that you have to set wall printing order to first print inside, that helps with overhangs for a price of ghosty outside layer
To avoid glue getting into fret cut used “Fret cut glue cover.stl” to cover fret cut and remove it quickly when neck parts are put together
Body:
Body parts printed verticaly with wall thickness 2.8 mm and with layer hight of 0.2mm, custom supports on everything you want !!! EXEPT 2mm WIRE HOLES !!!
File down threads of string retainer screws on parts where string are touching the screws so it not damage the strings
Put a wire in string retainer slot on the back side of guitar body and after that tighten the nuts on top of it (for strings grounding)
Bridge:
Layer hight of 0.15mm, 100% infil.
Every part of the bridge should fit tightly. bridge itself too should fit tightly in guitar body
