I started windsurfing with a Powerbox board so accumulated Powerbox fins.   Then as progressed switched to tuttle boards.

Wanted to convert my Powerbox fins to tuttle but keep the ability to use them as Powerbox so can still use my Powerbox boards (for when friends or family visit and want to come windsurfing).  i.e. Universal mount.

Print in orientation shown (i.e. fin upside down).  I use PETG but can probably use anything.  You can get away without supports but best to put a little support material around center flat. Note the top radius of the tuttle (the one closest to printed bed or top of fin) will have overhang perimeters so the shape is distorted when printing so requires light sanding to fit.

To drill the holes I made a jig to help which makes the job a lot easier but you can probably do it without if you follow the standard tuttle drawing.  Jigs here:- https://www.printables.com/model/492917-powerbox-to-tuttle-drill-guides

Bolt/screw it in place using the Powerbox connector.   Since the Powerbox is slightly longer and has a wedge profile you need to sand/grind it to the tuttle profile.   Again the jig above will help make this job easy but otherwise use a 80 grit flapper wheel or whatever sander/dremel and go slowly.

Not sure if it is necessary but to go back to Powerbox and replace the bits you ground off there are two prints that can be used.  Probably would need to glue these in place but you might get away just wedging them in.  Note I have not tested these, these are just the CAD remnants left over when subtracting the tuttle from the Powerbox. If nothing else it show much you need to remove off the Powerbox to fit tuttle.  Note you most likely need to remove the tuttle brass nuts when using as Powerbox.

Note the print doesn't extend all the way to the board interface as it is too thin to print reliably.   The width of Tuttle and Powerbox at the board bottom is ‘almost’ exactly the same.  Powerbox 15mm wide, Tuttle 15.748mm.   If concerned, wrap a few layers of electrical tape around the base to widen it slightly.

You only need one adapter for many fins.
