This is a more robust, stronger version of the retaining clip for Ed Johnson's excellent Y-Splitter

Why this Remix?
I really liked the Y-splitter for Bambu Lab's AMS unit that Ed Johnson published. I tried two previous Y splitters but they weren't as reliable / smooth as Ed's version with the PC4-M10 connectors.
The only thing I didn't like about that model was the retaining clip. I broke two of them. One split along the layer lines after test fitting the splitter just a few times. The second one broke when I actually installed it on the printer. While the original clip looked great and printed fast, I found them a bit too delicate.
I remixed this to be a thicker, stronger version that still fit the Y-splitter
Notes
Because I also increased the thickness of the slotted back plate (again, just wanted it a bit more robust), you will need a slightly longer M3 hex head screw versus the one used in the original model.
(1) M3 X 8mm hex head screw
My Print Settings
Because robustness/strength was the whole point of the remix, I went with:
3 wall loops
40% (Gyroid) Infill
0.20 layer height
Printer: Bambu Lab X1C with AMS
Time: about 20 mins with above settings
