I got tired of the Overture Spool adapters so I made one to end all the frustration.
This has 2 sides that thread into each other once you peel the cardboard sides off the spool.
It's meant to fit very tight into the spool so it doesn't slide. I noticed I would have to grab pliers or cut the cardboard off after use but It works flawlessly. You can scale it down 1 or 2 percent to help with this.
