This design is based on a Pelton wheel, wich uses a high velocity, low flow jet of water to spin the turbine wheel. The Pelton wheel is classified as an impulse turbine.
This model uses embedded cooling channels to lubricate and cool the “bearing” of the turbine wheel.
The model files include a quick connect adapter, as well as direct hose connectors in for internal hose sizes 13mm to 20mm varying in 1mm increments.
Furthermore, a pdf with the important dimensions of the turbine wheels is provided, enabling you to make your own designs. (note: water jet hits turbine in a distance of 20mm from the axis)
