Replacement lower rack wheel. My dog killed one years ago but this was my first functional print on my new MK3S+. Works great!
Outer wheel diameter is 38mm.
Inner wheel diameter is just shy of 28mm.
Dishwasher rack axle is 6.57mm.

Changes
- v3 now with longer axle & beefier clips. Added detail to support circular overhang.
- v4 with improved clearances & details
Print instructions
No supports, printed fine w/Prusament PETG. Layer height 0.15mm Quality w/Ironing. Later versions I printed out of HTPLA+.
After printing xacto the base of the axle from the portion that clips onto the wheel and the tiny triangles supporting the circular overhang. v4 spins great.
Printed on i3 MK3S+.
