I had help with the adjustable parameters.
This adapter can have threads inside or outside or neither on either end.
Diameters and other details like wall thickness can be changed through the parameters.
The uploaded f3d file has 4mm wall thickness, with 30% infill, works great.
This photo is one I broke. wall thickness started at 2mm, tried 3mm and both broke at neck.
