Took some experimenting with settings to get this to print OK
Things worth trying to get good slicing/printing results:
- 2 layer raft, instead of a brim
- Reduced external perimeter extrusion width
- Reduced perimeter extrusion width
- Disabled detect thin walls
After printing, I cleaned up the bottom with a hand reamer and let it friction fit onto the cap threads. YMMV
