Also I think the walls are too thin right now for most printers.
You probably need to scale it up atleast 1.5times for it to work.
Post-Printing
Use flexible filament as stitches
I think but have not tried that you can use a hot tipped tool to attach and push in flexible filament instead of printing the stiches.
Or you can glue regular sewing thread or yarn.
I think aceton vapour smooth + glued thread should work great
