A simple drape holder that slots into the rail of a vinyl double hung window. This obviously prevents the window for being able to open up but we use it for the colder months. You might need to scale up or down a few 1/10ths of a percent for it to fit securely in your window. I have also uploaded a curved design to accommodate heavier material drapes.
