This design was originally intended for the CTC Bizer, however I have come to learn this is compatible with all generic PSUs.
This cover allows you to install a 120mm fan, and includes a wire cutout and ziptie holes.
There are 9x 4.2mm holes on the model, you should use these for heat-set inserts, six of these are used to mount the cover on the PSU. Only two next to the label are necessary for mounting.
There is 3 holes on the very back for the mounting of a “label”. This matches the labelling of voltages on the original PSU. Text is on different heights to allow for manual colour changing. There is a version of this w/o the adjustment text, as it is small enough my .6 was unable to print it.
Print cover flat (as per the third image). Supports needed for the four mounting holes on the inside of where the fan is.
CTC Bizer only:
On the inside of the PSU there is a two-pin JST-XH connector. This header outputs aprox. 12v depending on utilisation, and can be used to control a standard 12v PC fan w/o any external wiring, adapters ect. See Images for pinout. I recommend wiring this up to a PC fan connector, instead of directly to your fan, allowing easier removal in future. Your PSU may vary, so be sure to confirm it is 12v using an multimeter or sacrificial fan first.
Fits within the Bizer's print area.
