Adderall XR (20mg) Pill Dispenser

Pill Dispenser made for Adderall XR 20mg or any pill with the dimensions of (6.3mm x 18mm).

Holds 14 Pills-(2 Weeks)
 

-Extra Hardware Required:

[2x] 5/32"-32 x 3/16 Set Screws

[1x] Compression Spring ¼"x 13/32" (For Part Spring Button)

[1x] 3lbs Medium Command Strip Item# 17021P-ES

Reccomened Printer Setting:

-4mm Nozzle

-[IMPORTANT!!] Support (Auto): 55 Degrees (Do Not Use Any Support on the Internal Serpentine Pill Shoot.) Only because it is impossible to remove supports from this area. The print will bridge this area fine without support. Use supports on all other areas. best printed on its side. I've attached a photo of the support described and print orientation above.

Button to Dispenser Body Installation:

When the button has been fully assembled insert the button into the dispenser body and thread in both of the recommended set screws either side of the dispenser body. Ensure the set screws are in enough that they retain the button in the dispenser but not in so much that they cause the button to bind.

Other Instructions:

To attach the dispenser to a wall or other surface, use the command strip recommend and apply to the indented area on the back. Removal with out damage to walls or surfaces is easy with the command strip tab visible on the bottom of the dispenser, just pull straight down on the tab slowly to remove the adhesive strip.
