How to change size -

1 - measure your playing cards size

2 - open the f3d file in fusion 360.

3 - press s to open the search box

4 - enter “change parameters” to the search box

5 - enter the measured size of your playing cards to the corresponding parameter

6- make sure to add about 0.5mm or more to the measured size to ensure the cards go in smoothly

7 - press ok, wait for fusion 360 to do its magic and then export to stl

8- enjoy!

*Note - if there is a problem with one of the fillets or chamfer then the value is too big go to the time line press edit on the highlighted cube and enter a lower value. it will only occur on quite small case sizes.

*Its best to print the clips from petg or any other semi flxible metrials

*The clip fit parameter is for how tight should the clip fit into the holes of the case

*Make sure to glue the clips after inserting them a little blob of super glue will do the trick.

*Its best to print the clips on their side with a bit of support to the tip to ensure that the contact point of the gliding surface is smooth and not disturbed by layer lines
