French cleat is an organization system mostly used in workshops and made out of wood. A tapered cleat is mounted to a wall/closet/... The tapered counterpart, mounted to the organization equipment (holders, dispensers, ...), can than easily be hang to the cleat, reorganized or removed for whatever reasons.
This is now a 3D printable french cleat system: print the cleat, mount it with the given hook (or design a hook suitable for your needs), print some wedges and add a given tool holder/dispenser or design your own one. There is a dxf file showing the distances for the mounts.
The wedge is mounted with M4x20 head socket cap screws and M4 nuts to the organization equipment. The given hook is mounted with M4x12 and M4 nuts to the cleat
The default cleat is 30cm long. This is too big for Prusa printers, so there is another one with 23cm width.
Print instructions
Print in the given orientation with ~20% infill, no supports needed.
The holes in the cleat and the wedges may not come out perfect due to the overhangs, but they'll work just fine.
