Presenting my GepRC Mark5 Arm Guards, designed to closely match the original ones that are included with the Mark5 frame. I noticed that the available online models often had an excess of material on the sides, and consequently, weight. So, I've strived to trim down the surplus.
These guards are specifically tailored to fit a 16mm motor mount size. Please note that this design necessitates slightly longer screws. While the Mark5 comes with 8mm motor mount screws, you'll find 10mm ones to be a better match for this design.
For optimal printing results, I suggest printing upright using the tree supports feature in PrusaSlicer 2.6. The prints come clean, with minimal effort needed for support removal. For more details, please refer to the included 3mf file.
