My brother's coolbox handle broke due to overload.
I took rough measures and rebuild the broken joint in TinkerCad. Few test objects to check the complete design, then printed the replacement part, mirrored for right and left version. Made a drill gauge for drilling Ø3mm holes into the cut-off handle.
Everything fitted very good together. Tomorrow we will try it with a couple beers if the electric hasn't been hurt.
