Its a outlet piece for the "EXIT Toys" pool pump. It is a snap on fit to the existing oulet piece that originally holds a basket type piece. The pump inlet and outlet are so close they risk to generate a short current. The idea of the bend outlet is to create a week rotating current in the pool, providing a good mix before recirculating to the inlet.
