This is designed for 14cm bowls but you can just measure the bowl you have and adjust the scale in Prusaslicer (or wherever slicer you use). For example, if your bowls are 12cm, scale to 86%.
PLA is fine - higher infill percentage stops it moving around, but mine is 15% and it's totally fine.
