This model inspired by the beautiful Black + Blum One Handed Tape Dispenser (which is sadly no longer for sale as far as I can tell). This was quite challenging to recreate from the few reference photos I was able to find online, but I learned a lot and am pretty happy with the result.
It is designed to fit a standard roll of Scotch Masking Tape (75mm diameter), but can be adjusted in OnShape to fit different size rolls.

07/05/23: Sharper Teeth Update
Based on some wonderful feedback, I reworked the cutting teeth so the tape should separate/tear easier.
