Stacking Tape Dispensers

OVERVIEW 

The large dispensers can store rolls that have a 3" (76mm) internal diameter and up to 5 ½" (140mm) external diameter. The variants support the following widths: ¼" (6mm); ½" (13mm); ¾" (19mm); 1" (25mm); 1 ½" (38mm); and 2" (51mm). 

The small dispenser can store rolls of up to 85mm external diameter, a width of ¾" (19mm), with variants for internal diameters of 1" (25mm), and 1 ¼" (32mm). 

Each variant can support a width of up to 5mm smaller. 

FEATURES 

For tapes that are too strong for the cutter, or that you would rather cut with scissors (double-sided, duct tape, etc.), the cutter can be replaced with a flat block that you can stick the tape to for easy end storage. 

Cutouts allow for easy viewing of the tape remaining on the roll. 

The dispensers can be stored either vertically, or stood up horizontally. Small dispensers can stack on top of the large dispensers. For horizontal storing, don't fit Stacking Aligners, as they will prevent easy removal of a single dispenser. 

The stacking aligners can be added in any pattern you desire. Aligners can be taped in place, but gluing allows for a more permeant fit. The tapered end should be fitted in line with the outside edge. (NOTE: When an aligner is fitted to the base/lid, the corresponding position on the other component must be left empty, or else the stacking mechanism will not work). 

The ident plate can be embossed/engraved with a description, printed in a different colour, wrapped in the tape stored, or left off to allow the contents to be visible. 

PRINTING 

All parts are printed at 0.3mm layer height, except for the cutter and flat, which are printed at 0.2mm. For the large dispensers, the Lid and Stacking Aligners are a universal fit for all variants. For small dispensers, the Cutter, Flat, and Ident Plate are universal fit for both variants.
