This is a round floating style frame with a traditional scoop profile. The frame is designed to be parametric so the Fusion360 file is included.
In Fusion just change the user parameter “diameter” to the diameter of your object. Both the frame and the spacers will resize.
The frame is designed to have a 5mm gap around the object so spacers are included to help with glue-up. Spacers are specific to the diameter of the object
Installing your object is simple: Place a drop of CA glue on each of the 5 standoffs, place the spacers around the edge, & drop your object into place. Once it is oriented correctly wait for the glue to set then remove the spacers.
If you dont have Fusion360: Load the .3mf file for the frame into your slicer and resize so that it is 30mm larger than your object in the x and y dimensions. Dont resize the z dimension.
Spacers don't resize correctly in the slicer.
