This DNA-gell model was used in the publication “Microrheology of DNA hydrogels” PNAS https://doi.org/10.1073/pnas.172220611
Some of our models are given in the supplementary material and here, in the image with yellow heat shrink connections (laser cut version). The image shows macroscopic representations of microscopic the DNA hydrogel structures. i Semi-flexible gel structure. ii Disordered structure with many bonds disconnected. iii - v Highly symmetry subunit model representing a cube, a dodecahedron, and an open cap respectively.
