I just bought a used Ender 3 S1 and then checked out what improvements you can find on Printables. The first thing I found and printed was the great Ender 3 S1 Secondary Spool Holder of user Anthony (in the remixed version of user Ljot).
Your can find them here:

But then I had the problem that the filament sensor was mounted to the side of the original spool holder, which was impractical when using the second spool holder.

So I developed my own holder for the filament sensor. It is an assembly of two identical brackets, a tube between them, and an element for mounting the sensor that slides from left to right on the tube. This gives me the ability to move the sensor to the side where the filament spool is placed.

For the assembly you need two M3x6 Allen screws and one M3 nut.

The mounting holes on the two side brackets were a bit tight on mine printed with the Ender, although I used a larger tolerance than usual on my Prusas. If you have that too, a 3 mm drill bit will certainly help.

Don't be surprised at the poor quality of the parts in the photos. I am currently still searching for the right settings for the Ender, which so far delivers a rather poor print quality. Worse even than my Anycubics and clearly behind the Prusas. But that will surely get better...
