Minimal paper towel holder, can mount to the bottom of a cabinet or to your wall.
Prints quickly and without supports (see photo for orientation).
Simply print two of them, measure the width of your paper towel roll, and attach using small screws. I printed in PLA, but any material should work fine. The idea is that you can bend them to insert new rolls, so you'll need the right amount of infill, depending on your material, such that they're relatively flexible but don't snap. I would recommend starting with ~30% infill and three walls.
