Long story short, my daughter loves fairies. She wanted her Lego characters to be able to pretend to be fairies too. I couldn't find any models already for this, so I designed my own.
Lego version attaches around the neck like other backpack like accessories.
Lego friends version attaches at the waist (their necks apparently aren't really made for having things around them…).
Pretty easy print. Print them with the wings flat. Probably not ideal for strength around the hole, but avoids needing to glue parts. If you're printer's crap like mine the hole might need some post-processing cleanup, but not too bad.
I printed with PLA and a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height and they look fine (see attached photos).
