I really liked the design by @ColtonDick_376020 of the 16x RAW cone packer found here: https://www.printables.com/model/511085-16x-raw-cone-packer-1-14, but it didn't come with a riser to allow you to pack the cones without holding the design the entire time while you are filling it. This just gives you space to put it down while the tips extend from the bottom of the loader, then taking it out and putting it on a flat surface after to eject the cones
