Short Story:
I was given a broken Creality CR-10. The motion system was running rough and felt sloppy. The bed was damaged and the power supply was missing. So after seeing the Crearibo by MIKEYMCC I decided to build this machine.

CR-10 modified to Prusa style linear rod system like the Crearibo.
But with Zaribo motors and Zaribo 3D-printed parts. The electronics were upgraded using a 32-bit upgrade using a BigTreeTech SKR v1.4 Turbo.
Also upgraded is the LCD to a Bigtreetech Mini 12864 V1.0.

The Y-Axis is using a GT2 10mm belt.

Motion System:

  • X-Axis: 
    • Motor: 38mm Zaribo Nema 17 High-Quality And Silent Stepper Motor 1.8°
    • Rods: 10mm Linear Rods (420mm length)
    • Bearings: LM10UU Linear Bearings (4x)
    • Belt: Standard 6mm
    • Motor Pulley: 6mm 16T 5mm bore
    • Idler Pulley: 6mm 16T 3mm bore
  • Y-Axis:
    • Motor: 48mm Zaribo 0.40 Nm 0.9° Degree High-Quality Stepper Motor
    • Rods: 12mm Linear Rods (500mm length)
    • Bearings: LM12UU Linear Bearings (3x)
    • Belt: GT2 10mm
    • Motor Pulley: 10mm 20T 5mm bore
    • Idler Pulley: 10mm 20T 5mm bore
  • Z-Axis:
    • Motors: Original 42mm CR-10 Stepper Motors 1.8° (2x)
    • Rods: 10mm Linear Rods (530mm length)
    • Bearings: LM10LUU Linear Bearings (2x)
  • E-Axis:
    • Motor: 38mm Zaribo 0.9° Cool Wound Extruder Stepper Motor

Electronics:

  • BigTreeTech SKR v1.4 Turbo
  • Bigtreetech Mini 12864 V1.0 LCD
  • Meanwell LRS350 24v Power Supply

Heatbed:

  • Fystec Magnetic PCB Heated Bed 24V 300*300mm (No longer available. Which is good because it severely warps above 60 degrees Celsius).
