As I Wanted a solution for the cable mess that all my powertools created, I came up with the idea to use the Neutrik Powercon system. Because, for the female side, there are only panel mount versions, I made an adaptor for it.
The only thing you have to do is grind the panel mount socket down just enough so you still have a small lip.
On the cable side there are threads for a M20x1.5 cable gland.
