Rog Ally Sun Visor

Rog Ally sun visor! 
For those of us who enjoy playing our handheld when the sun is shining!

Designed specifically to avoid the need for additional parts or mechanisms, can be taken apart easily for storage. Also designed with the primary aim of not requiring supports (which may affect the tongue and groove locking mechanism). I don't have the necessary F360 skills to make a bracket, hence this design.

I've printed this in both PLA & PETG on two different creality printers (v2 S1 & NEO v1) The tolerance is tight but will smoothen with repeated assembly.

Printing instructions - no supports required! I've tried to save the files in the orientation of printing.

Frame = Flat petg infil 10% pla 25% minimum or add more walls

Top Shelf = horizontal with groove on the top

Left & Right - own choice, no supports.

Clip , flat pointing upwards - no supports - various lengths (i use the longer one with a tempered glass screen)

Assembly instructions 
1) Slide the left & right side panels onto the frame
2) Slide on the top panel into the frame
3) place on the ROG ally with a little overhang at the bottom.
4) Take the bottom clip, attach to the frame via the grooves.
5) push everything together, should fit the entire bezel

6) multiple clips of different sizes.

Please feel free to remix this, especially if you can make a good bracket ;)

This has been designed without any screen protectors in place - will expand the lower bracket in a future version to compensate for this ~1-2mm difference.
