This is a mount / juction box for HView PoE Dome Security Cameras like the HV-500E6 (5MP) or HV-E800D (8MP).

It was designed to be able to mount the camera to a wall without drilling, by using double-sided adhesive tape, and to hide the connectors below the camera to have a neater appearance.

It should work just fine with other chinesium brand cameras, as long as their outer base diameter is 93mm and the diagonal distance between the mounting holes is 68mm.

I was able to use the included screws to fix the base ring to this mount.

Loosen the two grub screws on either side of the camera's upper housing, turn the base ring to align the screw holes with the cable inlets that face each other, then pull off the base ring.rnRemoving the camera from the upper housing works best if you orient the lens straight up.rnrnYou can now screw the base ring to the mount, feed your PoE cable through the hole in the mount, connect it to the camera's cable, coil the cables up in the mount, put the camera back on the base ring (lens facing straight up), slide the upper housing over the camera and onto the base ring, then rotate is a bit so it catches the groove, and tighten the grub screws again.rnrnApply some double-sided tape to the underside and... well, i guess you know the rest.
