This is an empty puzzle, which can be manufactured with a one layer pattern, as explained in this video:
If you want a repeating image that fits the puzzle, the image would repeat at 19x19 cm.
For the purpose that you have a flat image in case you are not sure how to get one, I've added a flat flower pattern which repeats at 19x19 cm.
